At A.B. Heritage Consulting, our mission is to provide clients with ethical, reliable and informed advice about cultural heritage management. Our team is led by Dr Amanda Boucher, who has 16 years of experience in this field.

We take pride in our ability to foster collaborative relationships, promote open communication, and advocate for the interests of both clients and Traditional Owners. Our strong understanding of the legislative requirements of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 allows us to provide clients with an extensive range of services and advice.

Dr Amanda Boucher

Principal Heritage Advisor & Project Manager

Dr Amanda Boucher is a recognised Cultural Heritage Advisor under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 with 16 years of experience in Australian cultural heritage management. Dr Boucher is an experienced Project Manager and has successfully produced Cultural Heritage Assessments and Management Plans for projects of varying sizes and complexities, from small residential subdivisions to Precinct Structure Plans. Dr Boucher draws on her experience in CHMP evaluations to produce comprehensive and considerate reports for cultural heritage management, enabling clients to make informed decisions that comply with legislative requirements.
Through her work, Dr Amanda Boucher strives to create an environment where project sponsors and Traditional Owners can collaborate effectively, leading to mutually beneficial outcomes. Her commitment to building trust, understanding, and consensus among all stakeholders is a testament to her dedication to responsible cultural heritage management.
